I never received my item. There was an issue with the post office and the solution seems to be to keep my money and ignore the fact that I have nothing to show for it. I love the product but the seller has been so remarkably disinterested in the matter I can't recommend this shop.

It's a beautifully made item. The chain on the original one sent was too short but the seller was kind enough to adjust it for me to a longer length. Excellent customer service!

Geeky Jewelry for Everyday Wear

I started this shop because I wanted to make impossibly nerdy jewelry that would still be interesting to people who might not get the references. I'm a huge nerd- I'm a Trekkie, Browncoat, Whedon-holic, Whovian... the list goes on and on. If it's nerdy, I like it. Lately, I've been obsessed with women in science history, and I've started a line of jewelry to honor some of my favorites!

I try to make my items as simultaneously obsure and mainstream as can be. I want my pieces to appeal to everyone and be able to connect the wearers. I love meeting people with similar geeky interests, and jewelry is one way to facilitate that.

The best way to get in touch with me is through Etsy or emailing aubergdesigns [!at]

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
Payments can be made through Paypal or Direct Checkout. I do not ship until payments have been cleared. Please contact me if you are having any problems with payment.

All packages come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment.

◌ Please note that the processing times reflect the time it takes to make/fill the order, and are different from shipping estimates. Shipping estimates reflect the time it will take to ship after the order is processed.

◍ Please confirm that your shipping address at checkout is correct, as once an item is shipped I cannot redirect it. ◍

◌ Orders are shipped from Brooklyn using USPS First Class. You may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
◍ Please note that Priority Mail will only speed up your shipping and not the processing time needed to make the item. Rush processing may be available upon request, though it may result in a rush fee.
◍ To request rush processing, email Lauren [!at] or convo me on Etsy BEFORE your purchase. Make sure to include which item you want, where you are located, and when you need it by in the message.

◌ Items mailed with Priority Shipping usually arrive within 3 days of being mailed out.
◌ First class may take up to 8 days to arrive.

Please be aware items arriving via USPS may arrive later than the above estimated times due to their budget cuts, facility closures, and adverse weather. This is beyond my control.

Packages being shipped internationally usually arrive within 2 weeks.
◌ Packages may be held in customs for up to 6 weeks. It is not often that it happens, but it is possible.

◍ Any duties/fees/taxes incurred from shipment of items to other countries is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items will be sent in a decorated jewelry box and wrapped with tissue paper inside a bubble mailer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my items, I cannot accept refunds or exchanges. Please purchase seriously.

If for some reason your item arrives broken, I will do my best to repair it for you or send a new one so long as you provide the shipping expenses and provide evidence. If you don't receive your package after one month of the shipping date, please let me know and we'll work something out.
