PAYMENTS
Payment is expected WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of your purchase.

I accept payments with credit/debit card or PAYPAL account processed through PAYPAL only, at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: BUYERS DO NOT NEED AN ACCOUNT WITH PAYPAL to do a
transaction through them!
An advantage to opening a PayPal account is that you'll need to fill out your Name/Address/Payment Info ONE TIME ONLY instead of repeating the info with every transaction you make.

Your payment is not "cleared" until AFTER it has been processed through my PayPal account. I will ship your order as soon as this has occurred. The sooner I receive your full payment, the sooner you will receive your order. Thank you!

DELAYED PAYMENTS
If 3 days have passed and your payment has not yet been received (or no correspondence from you pertaining to the delay of payment), I will assume you have changed your decision to purchase the item(s) and will cancel your order and relist for sale.

I currently ship to the United States only.

Your order will be securely and attractively wrapped and ready to "gift &/or wear" whether for yourself or for someone else.

I am currently providing FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING for all orders over $25.00.
I am also currently sending along a FREE GIFT for orders over $50.00!

Orders under $25.00 will incur a shipping & handling charge of $ 3.75 for the first item, and $ 1.25 for each ADDITIONAL ITEM. *FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $ 25.00*

"SPECIAL" &/or "EXPRESS" SHIPPING, when requested by you, may result in additional shipping charges above the normal charge.
In this case I will notify you of the extra charge, and will await your full payment of the difference in cost. Your order will then be processed and shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
Orders are shipped in 1 to 3 Business Days after your full payment has been processed.

Generally, you should expect your order to arrive in 2 to 7 business days after the package has left my post, unless you have requested and paid for expediated shipping.
(“Business days” are normal weekdays, not including holidays.)

Also, please be mindful that during peak shopping seasons, many delivery services make take longer due to higher traffic volume. Please mention any deadlines and I will do my best to expedite my part of the processing, whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me immediately if your purchase is defective in any way.
Defective merchandise will be accepted (after my confirmation) if returned in its ORIGINAL CONDITION in a timely manner, at buyer's expense for the TRACKABLE return shipping.

*PLEASE NOTE that due to health/sanitary concerns, ALL EARRING PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

I will assess each order on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to make the final decision on how a return will be credited back to the buyer:
Either
-ITEM REPAIR
or
-ITEM REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE
or
-MERCHANDISE CREDIT in the amount of the original purchase price of the defective item, excluding shipping and taxes, to be valid for 45 days from the date of the original sale.

I am happy to accommodate custom orders whenever possible!

I will need a detailed description of what you are looking for, or I can make suggestions if you'd like. Just leave me a message and I will reply soon so we can work it through.

Please keep in mind that I need plenty of advance notice for intricate and/or numerous designs. I will provide an estimate for your approval , and require 50% down-payment before beginning the order.
NOTE: Custom orders are NOT returnable.

GIFT PACKAGES / GIFT WRAPPING
Please specify if you would like your purchase shipped as a GIFT, and if you would like a "Special Message" (of your specification) included in the package. This message can be placed on a simple gift tag (no additional charge), or on a greeting card for an extra fee of $2.00.
Gift wrapping is available for an additional $3.00.
PLEASE REMEMBER to include the recipient's address!
