I am so in love with my set! The quality of your work is actually better than any thing I have ever purchased. The detail and custom embroidery is fanomanal! You exceeded my expectations wildly! Very gifted lady and I'm one proud owner!

Accepted payment methods
Payments are due when you make your purchase. I do require full payment prior to shipment. I also reserve the right to cancel the sale if payment is not received within 3 days. If you hit any snags during your payment process, be sure to let me know.
I may be able to rush an order to you so be sure to ask. There's nothing worse than finding the perfect gift for someone and not being able to get it to them by their special day!
----- ADDRESS CORRECTIONS -----
Don't forget to keep your Paypal address current. I will ship to the address specified in your Etsy order. However, I cannot be responsible if your item is shipped to your previous Paypal address or other invalid address on file in your Paypal account-please do try to keep your Paypal address up-to-date, just to prevent confusion, and to stay protected under their transaction protection policies. If I have any questions about the proper shipping address, I will contact you for clarification. If your purchase is a surprise, be sure to take precautions so that I don't accidently spoil your surprise!
----- SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES -----
I ship via US Postal Service First Class Mail in order to keep your shipping costs down. I can also ship to you via US Priority Mail upon your request. I use Delivery Confirmation when available but I do not provide insurance. The USPS offers a Standard shipping time on First Class Mail of 5 days. Priority Mail is 3 days.
----- SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY -----
International Orders will be shipped using Priority Mail International. This is the best way to make sure that your item arrives in your hands on time and intact. When shipping internationally, deliver time varies. It is best to expect about 14 days. I cannot offer tracking on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Your country may have customs charges or taxes due when you receive your package. Any customs charges or taxes due on arrival will be your responsibility and are determined by the destination country.
If you are an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, I recommend that you ORDER EARLY whenever you need your purchase by a particular date. FedEx International is an option if you need to rush your order.
Costs of special shipping requests are your responsibility.
It is important to remember when shipping internationally that it can take 4 weeks or more to receive your purchase. Even Canada can take this long. International shipments are often held at your local post office for pickup. They do not deliver them to your door. International shipping often requires a signature for delivery. I have learned this the hard way from my own international purchases.
----- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS -----
Unfortunately, I cannot offer shipping to China, Vietnam, the Phillipines, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Delivery in these countries is simply too undependable. I don't want you to pay for something I cannot deliver to you.
Refunds and Exchanges

PLEASE, if you have any issues with your purchase, contact me before you leave feedback so that I have the opportunity to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Then you can even brag on what I great job I did resolving it with you!
Additional policies and FAQs
Upon completion of your Paypal payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. This also acts as a receipt for your payment. If you do not receive a Paypal confirmation email, check your Junk E-Mail folder first. I find the strangest things in there! If it's not there, you probably did not complete the Paypal payment process. If you have any issues, just let me know and we will figure it out together. I keep a close eye on my email inbox and Etsy conversations so that I can respond to you promptly. I love talking to you and getting your feedback on my pieces and my shop.

I do photograph all my pieces for display in my shop AND my personal website. I also use these photographs in the books I write about the process of working with God to create the pieces He impresses on my heart and the amazing process of watching Him work in the hearts of those that receive them. I do reserve the right to photograph, post or sell again any design, INCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS.
----- MATERIALS -----
I try very hard to provide the information on the specific materials used in my pieces. Really I do. HOWEVER, I have been wandering through fabric stores since I was a little girl when my mother taught me to sew. And yes, I do have to touch each and every piece of fabric or trim that catches my eye. It may be beautiful to look at but if it doesn't feel good, I can't use it. Why would I want to???? When I come across something I can't live without, I buy it. Then I take it home and put it in my stash. Sometimes my treasures live with me for years, and years. I am trying to get better about making a note of the fabric type and content now but I simply do not always remember the specifics about some of my finds. I assure you that I do purchase quality materials that will stand up to long and strenuous service. Remember though, nothing lives forever. Not even a well-loved handbag.
