Due to the custom nature of some of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on any engraved items. If an item has been damaged during delivery or if the engraving is incorrect, please contact us right away about a replacement. A photograph of the damaged item may be needed during the initial communication. If engraved items are engraved improperly due to our error, we will replace it at no charge. If engraved items are engraved improperly due to the buyer’s error, any replacement will be at the buyer expense.

You may return a non-engraved item within 15 days. Returns that are made within 15 days will be issued a refund of the purchase price of the item not including shipping charges (A processing fee may apply). Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to authorize your return and to get the return address. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
Payment can be made using Paypal via all major credit cards and bank account transfers. A paypal account is not required.

Sales Tax for shipments in Virginia will include a 5% sales tax and will be added to the total during the payment process. These include shipments ordered by a third party buyer to a recipient residing in Virginia.

To pay by checking account you will need to have a Paypal account. Paypal is safe, easy and secure. I can also accept cash in person, contact me directly for this option to eliminate shipping charges.

As gift certificates become available they can only be used once. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and returns of goods purchased with a gift certificate are refunded via store credit.
Shipping Time. In stock items such as frames usually ship within 1-2 business days after the purchase. Customized products such as arrows will be shipped out in 5-7 business days. This is a new home based small business in addition to my full time job so please understand my goal is to process orders just as quickly as possible.

If paying by Paypal, please confirm that your address is correct to avoid reship charges and lost packages. Packages "returned to sender" or "not deliverable" for wrong address, etc. are charged actual postage to reship. Actual postage will be deducted from your credit if you refuse a package or do not want a "non deliverable" package resent.

Method of Shipment. We use USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 2-4 business days, to ship packages domestically. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, send us a message and we will create a revised invoice for you with an adjusted price.

Shipping Address. We ship the items to the shipping address you specified at the time of the checkout. If you are shipping our items as a gift, be sure to enter the gift recipient's address as the shipping address in your order.

Processing Orders
Our current processing time 1-7 days depending on the order size and engraving. However, depending on various factors we may process an order in a shorter time frame. We assume that once an order is placed it is final and we can begin working on it immediately. If you would like to make a change to your order, we will only be able to do that if we have not started processing it.

Additional Customization
For custom orders such as larger quivers, please contact me directly. I can email you an invoice with your order details.

We leave out invoices from all packages unless instructed otherwise. If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, ask us to include a gift receipt or note your name on a gift tag.
