Welcome to Fallen Ember Studio. This is a collection of artie and unusual things that are for sale by creators. From prints to jewelry, hair pieces to fairy items. Hell we’ll even throw in a pair of fancy pants here and there.

Payment
I accept PayPal payment only.

Taxes are included in the price.

If doing a custom piece for you I will not start piece until deposit is paid and contract is signed. Deposit will be discussed once we figure out what you want. Deposit covers materials. Full payment once the piece is complete before it will be shipped out. There is a cancellation fee that is explained in the contract. This is for custom pieces only.

Shipping
US and International Shipping

If piece is an already made item, then it will be mailed within 1-3 business days via USPS once payment has been cleared. If piece is an on demand item/custom order, it will be shipped 1-3 business after completion of the item and full payment has been cleared via PayPal.

I will let you know when I have received your order and when the order has been shipped with a confirmation# from the USPS.

Pieces over $50 will be insured, and any piece over $100 will require adult signature. If these services go over initial shipping cost I will cover them as I do want to make sure you get the piece that you ordered.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the piece for any reason after 7 days of receiving it you are allowed to return or exchange it, full price of piece less shipping costs.

It you are not satisfied with the piece for any reason after 15 days of receiving it you can return or exchange item for 75% of cost of piece.

After 15 days after receiving piece returns are not accepted. Contact me after this time to discuss exceptional situations.

Custom pieces return policy is included in the contract.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom Orders
I can do custom orders. Once piece has been decided a contract would be emailed to you. In this contract is included information on pricing, payment, returns, and cancellation fees. Once contract is accepted and a signed email returned to me I will list the item for you. Piece will not be started until payment has been cleared.

Made on demand and customized items
I want to be clear that this is different from a Custom Order. There will be no need for contracts. You just need to communicate what you would like changed and I will let you know what I can do.
