♥ Just about all of the items in my shop are made to order, which means that I make them after you order them. I do this so I can customize each piece to your needs (size, length, color preference, etc) and give each item the individual attention that it deserves.

Because every situation is different, refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me right away if you're unhappy with your order for any reason, and I'll work with you to find a solution to the problem!
Payment
Payments can be made via Paypal, Google Checkout, or by mail with a Postal Money Order.
If you'd prefer to use Google Checkout just leave a note in the Message To Seller portion of the checkout page and I'll send a Google Checkout invoice to the email address you have on file with Etsy.

Shipping
Most items ship out within a week of receiving your order (remember, they're made to order!) If an individual item has a longer creation/shipping time, it will be noted in the description.
Postage prices listed are via USPS standard mail. All domestic packages with a total value of $50 or more are insured free of charge.
I'm also happy to arrange expedited shipping, or use of another delivery service, if preferred. Just let me know what you're thinking, and I'll provide a new shipping quote.

Additional policies and FAQs
All items come from a smoke free home (I quit two years ago, yay!)
All items are created in a pet friendly home! I try very hard to keep the jewelry and the cats + dog separate, but there's always a chance that a stray hair will sneak into a package. Please let me know in advance if you've got extreme allergies to cats or dogs, and I'll take extra super care to ensure that your package arrives free of fur.
To cut down on waste & save some trees, I do not include a receipt or packing slip with orders. If you would prefer that I do include one in your package, just leave me a note during checkout!
