We also accept wholesale orders. Please contact us if you would like to make a wholesale purchase.

Labels are printed through Etsy with shipping address provided by buyer. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrect address. If the item is returned for inability to deliver, buyer is responsible for any fees required to reship the item.

Once a label is created and item is shipped, we are not responsible for the time that the item is delivered. We cannot guarantee a package will be delivered by a certain date. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Your local customs office may require additional documents & time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how & where your delivery can be collected.

We offer our signs in bare metal & painted. If you choose to do a bare metal sign, please keep in mind that bare metal signs will get surface rust over time. Bare metal signs hung outside & exposed to weather elements will get surface rust quicker. All you need is a wire brush to clean any surface rust off. If you don't want surface rust, but still want the metal look, we highly suggest doing a clear coat.

If you would like gift wrapping, please contact us. We normally don't do gift wrapping because of the weight of the signs. We can try to put your order in a box & wrap it, then put that box into another box for shipping.

We use a lot of our own packaging for larger signs. We recycle what materials we can to keep cost of goods & products down. We try to use USPS Flat rate boxes when we can.

In the case of a lost package, we will file a claim with the carrier used & check tracking & GPS coordinates to try to locate the lost package.

In the case of a stolen package, we will file a claim with the carrier used & will also need a police report. Once we have received a police report & filed a claim, we will then take the next step to resolve the issue.
