The product was as described, the service sucked, 13 days for a simple light weight envelope to come less than 90 miles? When I sent a message "where is my order" after a week went by I finely got a reply 3 days latter" sorry we thought that this went out last week do you still want this" type of blah blah thing . 3 days after that my order finely did arrive but I will go elsewhere to purchase where I can trust they will respond to convos and are more service oriented . I sure am glad it was not a big order !

Like many Etsy supply store owners, I started as a maker.
