Here at Fansydesings I make every item as perfect as possible, if I would not be totally pleased to receive it, then I wouldn't expect you to be either. I work very hard and I use high quality supplies and materials, so your item will last for years to come. I'm very neat and take pride in my handmade item to ensure your are happy with your purchases.

I'm sure you will love your items from Fansy Designs, but if there is a problem convo me and I will do my best to correct it. AGAIN, MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT WITH PROPER UPPER AND LOWER CARE LETTERS WHERE NECESSARY, I CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS NOT RECEIVED.
Payment
I accept paypal, credit cards, and etsy gift cards. I REQUIRE PREPAYMENT ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS BEFORE I WILL START WORKING ON THEM.. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!
Shipping
I ship usually within 2-5 business days after recieving payment. If I have to make the item and/or if I have alot of orders it make take longer. It is only me here, and I'm working as fast as I can. I work full time (on Etsy) and have 7 children at home. PLEASE let me know at checkout if you need your item by a certain date. International orders may take up to 10 days or more before shipping. If you pay with credit card it will ship much quicker.. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS HAS PROPER UPPER AND LOWER CASE LETTERS WHERE NECESSARY, THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, I CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS NOT RECEIVED I highly recommend paying for insurance on orders over $30. If I have shipped an item and emailed you a tracking number and it is lost is the mail, IT IS NOT my responsibility to replace it. This has only happened once out of over 2500 orders, and I did replace the item, but I can not be held accountable for packages once they leave my mailbox.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you have requested a custom order and I have worked with you for more than 48 hrs answering messages/and or sending photos and you cancel your order. A $25 fee will be deducted from your refund for my time.
If you request a custom order and or have an item made to your request and you are not satisfied it is not returnable or refundable. Items made to your liking, whether it be your fabric choice or details added or left off are none returnable/refundable. Once a custom item has been made to your liking for you I can not resell it as it was custom made for you.
