Welcome to Fantasy Crafts. Thank you very much for your interest.
Offering fantasy creations using natural items, vintage items, unfinished wood and recycled materials. My creations feature whimsical fairies, witches and other fantasy creatures. My shop also specializes in vintage Raggedy Ann & Andy, Smurfs and classic children's books. USA shipping only. I do not ship internationally.

I accept Paypal only with verified address. I do not participate in reserve listing items held for extended period of time without payment (reserves held for no more than 3 days); layaways; partial payments; trading/exchanges; requested seller/buyer discounts; please note all discounts are via coupons issued to customers or posted in individual listings.
I will do custom orders on some handmade items (example: specific color request--fairy benches, fairy tea sets etc.). Please contact me, if you have any specific item requests. Reserved listing items are required to be paid within 72 hours after item is listed. When reserved listing hold expires, merchandise will be moved into regular stock.
I will set up special listings for multiple items to discount shipping costs, but listing must be paid for within 24 hours and request must be made prior to purchasing items.
No returns accepted on merchandise that has been in buyers possession for more than 7 days. No refunds given on merchandise that has not been returned to seller (unless damaged) or has been in buyers possession for more than 7 days. If merchandise is received damaged, buyer needs to contact me immediately; buyer needs to send photo proof of damaged item to seller within 7 days.
I ship within USA Only. I do not ship internationally.
Most items shipped USPS First Class or Priority mail; all packages have tracking numbers. Multiply item purchase that exceeds First Class weight limit is automatically upgraded to Priority Mail. My shipping costs are based on estimated weight of packages plus cost of shipping materials. Small items ship USPS First Class; books sometimes shipped Media Mail. If you would like a small item shipped Priority Mail, please contact me before purchasing for adjusted shipping cost; adjustment must be made before completing transaction. Priority mail costs are higher, and I only ship Priority via request.
I do recycle/reuse shipping materials whenever possible: clean boxes, bubble wrap etc. If you do not want recycled shipping materials, please let me know before purchasing item. I refund any shipping amount that exceeds $2.00. If you believe the estimated shipping amount is too high, especially on multiple items, please contact me before purchasing. Please Note: any shipping adjustments must be made before completing your purchase or any overage exceeding 2.00 will be refunded via PayPal at time of shipment.
Items generally ship within 24 hours of payment (except weekends and holidays-next business day). All USPS packages have USPS tracking numbers; customers are always provided with tracking numbers via PayPal at time of shipment. Shipping overage amount due (exceeding $2.00) is always refunded via PayPal at time of shipment.
I am happy to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases whenever possible, but you must contact me before completing transaction, so amount can be adjusted before payment is made.
Please Note: I do occasionally adjust my shipping costs accordingly when the USPS increases their charges (last USPS adjustment January 2014) and/or when cost of my shipping materials increases.
Refunds and Exchanges
Most of my items are one-of-a-kind originals or non-replaceable, vintage collectibles; so replacements are not generally available. I add USPS tracking number to every package shipped from my shop and provide customers with tracking information through PayPal.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipment, a refund will be issued through PayPal only after photo of damaged item is received by me or non-delivery proof is presented via email; this must be done within 7 days of receipt of estimated delivery time. Please retain all packaging materials on damaged items for postal examination after damage claim has been filed. I will also file mail theft claim with the USPS on packages that are suspected of being stolen from buyer's residence.
Customer satisfaction is always important, so if an item arrives and it is not in the condition represented by my shop (damaged, not as pictured / not accurately described in listing), a refund will be issued through PayPal when provided with photo of damaged item or proof of inaccuracy.
If you simply do not like the item, you may return it to me for refund of cost of item only within 7 days of receipt. I will not refund initial shipping cost nor will I pay for return shipping on items that are simply not wanted by buyer. I will not refund when item/items have been in possession of buyer for more than 7 days and buyer has made no effort to contact me.
Item discounts and free shipping are via advertised coupon codes or stated in individual item listings; coupon codes are sometimes given directly to buyers or listed in a reduced clearance section of shop.
