Announcement
WELCOME! I designed these printed paper sewing patterns so you can make your own lovely stuffed animals. (I do not send PDF files. I don't sell digital files. They are too large.) International orders are welcome. Customs in your country can delay delivery. USPS in the USA is very slow now so be patient and order early.
I sell printed sewing patterns. Although I once made the most high quality and carefully crafted stuffed animals to sell, I no longer make stuffed animals to sell due to ridiculous federal laws requiring paying two labs to destroy two finished samples of every design in every conceivable fabric to test for flammability and lead content. No tiny business like mine can afford to make finished stuffed animals and pay someone to destroy them. The federal government makes no exceptions and I can not risk federal penalties. Please don't ask me to make a stuffed animal for you. You are welcome to buy a pattern and have a friend or relative make you an animal. Only businesses that sell finished animals are at risk, not a woman who makes gifts for her friends and family.
Please read my profile to learn more about me and my policies page for more information. I also operate two other stores here on ETSY: http://FantasyCreations1.etsy.com for my handcrafted jewelry and other crafts and http://MyArtQuiltGallery.etsy.com for commercial supplies and the art quilts I am designing to sell.
You can buy with confidence from me. I have many years of experience selling on the internet, earning thousands of positive feedbacks on ebay. I ship very quickly and guarantee satisfaction. My patterns are full sized and printed on one side. No need to enlarge or photocopy them. My instructions are very precise and clear. I don't sell my patterns as PDF files because my patterns don't fit on an 8.5 X 11 inch page.
My sewing patterns are shipped inside a zip lock bag. This is a completely non-smoking household and perfume free, but you should know we are cat lovers. I guarantee satisfaction.

5 out of 5 starsThe pattern is on regular pattern paper. The instructions are easy enough to fallow. I can't wait to make it.

5 out of 5 starsThese are wonderful patterns, very creative! The construction of these soft sculptures follows common sewing techniques making them easy to make while the finished results are really innovative. These are full size paper patterns printed on newsprint which is sturdier than tissue paper and much easier to work with than regular copy paper used in PDF printed patterns. The instructions are easy to follow. I purchased several patterns from this shop. They arrived quickly and were accompanied by some great bonus patterns and information sheets. This was an excellent purchase and supports the work of an independent artist.

5 out of 5 starsFantasy Creations is my best. I've been buying from her for years. Simple to follow and you don't even need to do them in fake fur. I'm the crazy patch lady. And here is the monk seal pattern I just finished

This is a photo of my home and tiny gift shop (the living room was the gift shop) in the 1980s.
-
I developed the name Fantasy Creations for the pattern business.

This shot was taken in the shop. I sell the patterns for the resting unicorn and the small fairy tale dragon.

These are some more of my animals from the gift shop. You can see the Canada Goose on the top shelf.
-
My most popular designs were the puppy, lamb, rainbow bird, various unicorns and the Man in the Moon pillow.
Fantasy Creations began in a tiny giftshop in Portland in the 1980s

Rebecca Flaming-Martin
Owner, Designer
I began designing stuffed animals in the 1970s and had a very small shop in the 1980s. I desined my own patterns and made handcrafted animals and took custom orders. I also did design work over the years for several businesses. Now I sell my patterns here on etsy so crafty folks can have the pleasure of bringing their own soft furry companions to life. There is a magic in making stuffed animals. The one who names the critter gives it life like the Velveteen Rabbit.
