You don't have to use a credit card online if you don't want to. I accept personal checks. Just complete the purchase through Etsy and send me your payment. If you send me a check I will wait until it clears to send your item. You will need to pay within 3 days if you choose Paypal, or within 7 days if sending a check, or I will have to consider the sale cancelled and relist the item. If sending a check, be sure to let me know that.

PA Residents: Residents of Pennsylvania must pay 6% sales tax. If you are paying with Paypal, it should automatically calculate your revised total. If you are paying with a check or money order, please add the 6%. If you need a revised invoice, just convo me. Thanks!
Shipping cost includes a bubble mailer and delivery confirmation. Priority mail is available for 4.60. I ship pre-made items within two days; if it will be longer than that I will let you know. Items made to order, including rings made to size, can take *5* days to ship; genuine custom orders vary in duration and a timeline should be agreed upon between buyer and seller. Also, please allow more time for multiple orders with several rings or other custom items.

I ship to the Etsy address you enter at checkout, even when it doesn't match your Paypal address.

**A note about shipping- I cannot be responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Postal Service. If you need something by a deadline, I suggest allowing up to *21 days* possible transit time from the ship date (domestically in the U.S.- international orders can be even slower), because occasionally the Postal Service WILL take that long.**

A note about customs fees for international customers-
ANY CUSTOMS FEES THAT ARE CHARGED BY THE BUYER'S COUNTRY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Smaller orders (with value less than $25 TEND not to get hung up in customs; orders of more than $25 TEND to incur customs fees. Please check with your local customs agency and be aware of the charges your order may incur. Returns will not be accepted because of customs fees charged.
Refunds and Exchanges
"I can't make you love me, if you don't..."
I love my items so much I'd hate for them not to go to a loving home. I accept returns during the first 14 days after purchase, no questions asked, with a few exceptions.
The exceptions are:
-Rings ordered in sizes smaller than 5 or larger than 10
-Other custom orders, unless there is a problem, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned promptly in condition they were received. Rings may have been tried on for size but not worn. Damaged items will not be accepted. **You must email or convo me prior to mailing the item back to me.** Items received without an email/convo will not be refunded.
If you ordered the wrong size ring for your finger, you can exchange it unworn (tried on for size only) for a new one, for $4 plus shipping (both ways). The new item will be made upon receipt of the first one in new condition.

Should your item break even though you have treated it well, if you send it to me I will repair it free of charge, or depending on the circumstances, offer you a refund for the cost of the item.
Additional policies and FAQs
Contact me for custom orders; I will do my best to fulfill your jewelry design wishes. Just about anything you see in my shop can be done in a different type of wire - just ask, I may be able to swap out sterling silver for goldfilled, copper, Argentium, plated, etc (there may be a charge). Also, (in most cases) earrings can be switched to leverbacks for $2, to clips or kidney wires for free. Please read the section on returns for info on returning customized items.

Please realize that it is your responsibility to send me a correct ring size when ordering. The best way to find out your ring size is to visit a jeweler. I do whole and half sizes from 4-14 and my rings are now made on a calibrated mandrel and double checked with a second mandrel and ring gauges.

Alterations needed for the lengths of bracelets and necklaces are generally free at the time of sale (unless doing so would significantly alter the piece). Alterations requested after an item has been received can be done for a fee. Please contact me before sending the item back in the mail.
