All custom orders are FINAL. I do have a 90 day exchange / repair for material damage that is beyond normal use. Please note that each cuff is created from an upcycled belt and, as such, may have wear or markings that are considered to be part of the cuffs character.

I take extreme care of your cuff and it’s package while it’s in my possession. However, I am NOT responsible for it once it's been left at the post office. PLEASE PURCHASE INSURANCE...the post office is notorious for losing things.

If there is an error due to customer error such as misspellings, incorrect dates or sizing issues, there will be an additional charge for repair, correction or replacement. Thank you for understanding.

Standard shipping from Farmgirl Paints is USPS FIRST CLASS. All domestic orders will be UNINSURED to keep costs low. If you'd like to purchase insurance it is available as an INSURANCE UPGRADE option. This is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The post office is notorious for losing things. If you prefer that your cuff(s) be shipped by USPS PRIORITY shipping please purchase the PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADE option.

I will no longer be able to accommodate discount codes AFTER your order is placed OR provide refunds for combined shipping on multiple orders. International orders will NOT be combined; customer is responsible for any additional duty, tax or customs fees.

**Please double check that your shipping address is CORRECT. Due to the high volume of orders it is very difficult for me to change an address after the order has been placed.

Finally, I make every effort to stamp and ship your order as quickly as possible -- typically, 2-3 weeks plus transit time. The cuffs are created from upcycled belts. Each one is unique! As such, the cuffs may have wear or markings that give them character. If the character ‘flaws’ are significant, they will be noted in the description.

The words are HANDSTAMPED by a human being and will be imperfectly perfect. ;)

I do my best to represent every cuff accurately by matching the actual cuff to the photo on our screen. Please note that not all monitors display colors the same way.

The cuffs are created as ‘one size fits most women’s wrists’ with two snap placements making it adjustable. If you are ordering a cuff for a man or child or if you believe that your wrist may be smaller or larger than our standard, please include a TIGHT wrist measurement in the notes section at checkout.

Each cuff will come packaged in either a vintage fabric bag (for women) or drawstring canvas bag (for men).
