Hand Painted Stickers and Stationery

The Farming Artist is a one-woman shop located on a 74-acre farm in Southern Virginia. For many years, I ran this business as a design and branding shop for other companies. But when my family relocated and I found myself living in a 300 square foot RV with my husband + 4 kiddos while we completed renovations on our home, I knew I *needed* a creative outlet. I began painting - a hobby I enjoyed throughout my teen + college years - and haven't looked back.

These days, while my husband spends his time in the fields with his herds of yak (yes – yak!), sheep and cattle, I spend mine in the 2-room studio/office of our (finally finished!) 19th century farmhouse. We now have 5 kiddos that keep us on our toes, and this city girl is learning the ropes of country life a little more every day. A purchase from my small business directly supports our farming family!
