Generally, I do not accept returns, but I am open to discussion on a case by case basis for misrepresentation only and you must contact me within 2 days of receipt.

Paypal and Etsy's Direct Checkout only, no checks or money orders.

California residents will be charged State Sales Tax at checkout. I do not waive tax.

I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Payments using paypal will ship to the PAYPAL address. Please make sure your etsy address and Paypal address are the same/match. If they do not match, I hold shipping for confirmation. If I am unable to confirm your address within 3 days, your payment will be refunded, the order will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

I sometimes require a signature at delivery, my discretion. Deliveries to corporate/company/business mail rooms will require a signature. A signature requirement can delay delivery times if no one is available to sign for the package. I will inform you by email if I am requiring a signature at delivery.

I cannot guarantee any delivery dates unless Overnight/Express Mail is used.

I use professional packaging and my ship rates include a small handling fee.

US only, I do not ship supplies internationally.
