I grew up in a very creative family. When I was younger, it never even occurred to me that "making stuff" wasn't a way of life for everyone.

* US CUSTOMERS:
All orders are sent via USPS Parcel Post or First Class mail service, unless otherwise indicated in the listing. *NOTE* As of 10/27/2014, due to rising costs, tracking will no longer be provided for domestic orders. If you would like to have tracking included with your purchase, please let me know at time of checkout and I will send a revised invoice. Tracking starts at $1.05, and will vary depending on the size of the package and destination.
If you would like your package sent via Priority mail or Express (overnight) services, let me know & I will send you a revised invoice. In the event of this, payment is required within 1 day of invoice.
If you would like insurance for your order, let me know at time of checkout and I will send a revised invoice. Insurance ranges from $2.00 to $5.00 USD depending on the total purchase value. Payment is required within 1 day of invoice.
* INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I cannot lower my shipping rates, these are calculated directly from the USPS website and reflect the actual shipping rates (plus cost of materials) to international locations. In the event that a package to a specific country is less expensive than calculated, I will refund the overage.
When your package arrives, you may have to pay additional duties or customs fees for which you are responsible. Please understand that I cannot mark "gift" on the customs form as that is illegal & I could incur serious fines.
Due to the varied customs regulations for international locations, I cannot guarantee that I can ship every material to your country. In the event that I find an item cannot be legally sent into your country, I will notify you of the problem and issue a full refund of your payment.
I cannot affordably provide tracking or insurance for international customers at this time.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, I will accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping costs, if the item is returned in original condition. Please send an email or convo if you intend to make a return, and be aware that it will take additional time to process your refund.
In the event that a return is received in a condition other than that in which it was sent or if I have not been notified of the return in advance, your refund will not be processed and you will not receive your purchase back.
