My stock is fresh from local auctions, estate sales and a special selection of private owners - I do not sell at Fairs or through Antique Centers and so you are offered 'first pick'.

Payment
Payments: In accordance with my policies, I accept payments in US dollars, payable through a US bank in the form of checks and money orders, also credit cards and e-checks but only through www.paypal.com, a safe and secure online payment service that is easy and free for you to use. Credit card payments and US Postal money orders allow me to ship quicker, usually within 48 hours of payment. Checks, money orders and bank drafts, which allow the sender to cancel payment, are held by my bank for clearing. Funds are commonly held for between 5 and 10 business days. Please consider this when choosing your payment method. You will be notified when your payment is received. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, a $25.00 fee will be charged to you to cover my bank's charge.

International Customers: I ship worldwide, wherever possible. Please be prepared to pay your country's duty fees or taxes. I will be truthful on all customs forms, shipping labels, invoices and merchandise receipts, as is required by law. Also, some countries have customs regulations that could slow up the delivery of your purchase. It doesn't happen very often but I have no control over your parcel once it leaves my hands. Most international buyers should be prepared to make their payment through www.paypal.com.

Shipping: Shipments to or in the state of Massachusetts are subject to our 6.25% sales tax. I ship weekdays through the US Postal Service. Occasionally, severe weather could cause a short delay. I usually email when your purchase is on it's way. I pack with great care and damage is rare, however, if it occurs, you must retain all the original packaging and contact the Post Office. Only the buyer can submit an insurance claim and must be in possession of the damaged item. I will assist in my full capacity.
Shipping
My items are posted out at least 3 times every week (Mondays to Fridays only) and so your item will normally be posted within 2 working days of receipt of payment and always by the third working day. I will mail you to let you know when your item is on its way.THIS TABLE IS TO BE USED AS A GUIDELINE ONLY

Domestic Priority (2-5 business days) up to 3 pounds = $5.00

Over 3 pounds = $10.00
International Economy (2-3 weeks) = $8.00 Price varies upon destination

Express Domestic (1-2 business days) up to 1 pound = $15.00

1 to 5 pounds = $18.00

Over 5 pounds = $30.00
International Priority Air (1-2 weeks) = $17.00


We can accommodate other shipping methods if specified - please contact us prior to your order and we will work with you to find a shipping method that you prefer.



PLEASE NOTE - INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Including Canada): We cannot be held responsible for any packages being held at the Customs and Immigrations Office. Any delays or inspections (opening of packages) are incidences which are not under our control, therefore any delays in addition to the delivery times stated above, are not our responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges
My policy is quite simple - if you are not happy with an item please notify me within 3 days of receipt & then return within 10 days of receipt. I will issue a full refund once it has been safely returned to me. You are responsible for the return postage unless the item is being returned due to an error on my part in which case I will also pay the return postage.

My items are guaranteed to be as represented, but please remember that these are not new items -- they have been loved and enjoyed by many people before you. As a general rule, I will not clean or polish any of these items as some buyers prefer the vintage patina. I will leave the cleaning to you, the buyer. Bearing that in mind, if you are ever unsatisfied with the condition of any item(s) you order, a refund will be issued to you immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s)* in the same condition in which they were sold. You will be responsible for return shipping /insurance costs.
Returns should be made for by a service where I have to sign for the parcel on receipt, this protects you against any loss in the post as I can only refund once I receive the item back.
