Q: Do you accept large or special orders?

A: Absolutely! Several of my jewelry designs have been used for bridal parties, weddings, baby shower & birthday events. Please email ( or Etsy convo. us with any questions or ideas you may have!

Q: What should I do if my jewelry requires cleaning?
A: If your jewelry requires cleaning, use a mild soap, water and a soft cloth. Rinse with clean water and pat dry. Never use jewelry cleaner on trend pieces. Jewelry cleaners are too harsh and may contain abrasives. We recommend using a polishing cloth for precious pieces.

Q: How do you know my address?

A: P&J will automatically ship items to the address listed on your Etsy order. If you realize the address on the order is incorrect after you have made your purchase, please send us an Etsy convo. as soon as possible indicating the correct shipping address. We cannot make address changes after the shipping label has been printed without incurring another shipping cost.

Q: What do I do if I need my order shipped to an address that is different from the shipping address listed on my order?

A: If you need your product(s) sent to an address other than what is listed on your order, please send us an Etsy Convo BEFORE placing your order indicating the preferred shipping address as this will require us to adjust your address on the order and print out a different postage label than the one normally generated for your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
A: We accept all domestic & international orders happily:)
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please refer to the tracking number provided with your order as to the whereabouts of your item(s).
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on your country's customs policies. We have no control over delivery time once it leaves our country. Please have patience.
We do not provide refunds on international orders that are purchased without insurance. If you need an order rushed, it *may* be possible for an additional fee. Please convo. beforehand & view shipping profiles for options.

Q: I have a discount code but I didn't use it when I placed my order. Can I get a partial refund for that amount?
A: Please refrain from asking for a discount after payment. If you have a code it may be used during purchase but will not be honored after purchase. Thank you for understanding.

If there is a visible error, please let me know. I do my best to send items in tip-top condition, but human error is possible. I will do what I can to make it right.
I do not offer refunds due to buyer error but I am glad to work with the buyer to exchange the item ordered in error for a different item. Any refunds issued will be less shipping. Refunds will be processed when item is returned.
Colors of items in listing photos may vary from person to person due to lighting and/or monitor settings.
