Returns and exchanges
I highly respect your privacy. I won’t share your personal data e.g. E-mail id, Contact Number with any third party which is not related with HandweavingbyMima.

I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied I will happily exchange the item or give you a full refund.
However, items must be in their original condition and must be returned within seven days of receipt.
First contact me to let me know and then you can send back the item in a condition you received it, and then I'll refund the money when I get the item.

*Custom orders are not returnable.*

* Please email me for resolution prior to returning any item. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

PayPal doesn't support selling option for my country yet, so I use 2Checkout payment collector instead.
When making a purchase order, select "Other" in the payment options. I have to manually issue an invoice for you, via 2Checkout system. The invoice contains a link where you can complete the purchase - it's a page on 2Checkout's website.
Once you fill in your billing information, you can chose to pay either by using PayPal account or your credit card.
You do not need to be a registered 2Checkout customer to make a purchase and there are no additional fees. It's simple, safe and secure. I monitor the state of my Etsy store several times a day, and I get instant emails whenever any change is made, so the purchase is usually completed within the same day. Sometimes, due to my daily duties and a time zone differences, it takes more than a day to complete the purchase.

In the future the shop may expand it's accepted payment options.

Orders are processed only after payments are received.

If payment is not received after 3 days of the purchase, the order will be canceled and items relisted. Of course, I will contact you before I do that.
*I ship items that are in stock within 3-5 business days after I receive payment. Made to order items or custom ones will be shipped as soon as they're done.

*Expected time to make the ordered items is approximately 1-3 weeks.
It depends on the complexity of making the pieces.

*Your order will be shipped via registered air mail in padded envelope. Once I receive your payment, I will notify you that your order is shipped and provide you with the tracking number.

*If you want me to send your item to a different address than the one you have on Etsy, please let me know.

*Approximate delivery times:

- about 10 business days for Europe
- 10-30 business days for US and Canada
- about 4 weeks or more for Oceania

*Sometimes packages are held in customs.

*Please be aware that during holidays the delivery times may vary.

*As far as import customs taxes, each country has their own policies. Please be aware of that when you order something international.
