5 out of 5 starsGreat tote! Bought it as a birthday gift and was perfect for it. Light weight, but quality of fabric and strap are good. The print quality on it is great and love the green. Said it held their laptop, water bottle, and other items just fine.

5 out of 5 starsA truly beautiful shirt. I had concerns about the size of the shirt that arrived, but turns out the shirt was perfect (label was wrong). Andy responded very quickly and offered solutions which was very reassuring if there really had been a problem.

5 out of 5 starsJust got my new shirt from Andy @ Fashion Tramp. This is the 3rd shirt I bought from them. As always it looks like a million dollars. We have a cruise scheduled for first week of March. Its a charter and fun clothing is de rigueur. This, and my previous Fashion Tramp shirts, will be part of my wardrobe.

Andy FashionTramp
Something for you in your size.
My name is Andy and I live in Sunny South Florida, Hollywood to be exact. When I'm not in the pool avoiding the South Florida heat, you can find me behind my trusty Singer Stylist sewing machine that my mom bought in 1972 and handed down to me when I was a teenager.
My current specialty is the Aloha Style shirt, or Bowling Shirt if you prefer, made with the modern geek in mind. This started because of a rather simple question I was asked one day by the husband while thrift-shopping. He had his childhood character bed sheets and asked 'couldn't you use this as yardage and make me a shirt or you a dress?'
The particular sheet in question was a Pac-Man sheet set. And I *was* able to make something like a shirt or a dress. In fact, if you look at my Etsy owner profile, I am wearing the dress I made from those sheets. And standing behind me is the husband who is wearing the shirt I made from those sheets. It was a perfect pairing at the party we attended. And it was a great beginning to what is now the bulk of my sewing business.
Now I make shirts for men and women using vintage character bed sheets, Star Wars is my best seller. The "sheet shirts" are usually done like an Aloha shirt and are made entirely from the vintage materials. Since they are made from vintage sheets the material has already been washed enough times to make them (usually) super soft and a pleasure to wear. The "panel shirts" are usually done in the style of a Bowling shirt and include two stripes down the front of an otherwise solid color shirt. The stripes are made from anything I find that is interesting, some new fabrics, some vintage fabrics, and some custom things that I have found or made using Spoonflower.
My husband and I have a system, I make the things and he brings me the wines at the end of the sewing day. Sometimes he answers the messages for me here and on Facebook which gives me more time to do the sewing.
I'm always working on something new so stop by often. If you are on Facebook or Instagram the links are below.
I am looking forward to making you something special!
Andy.

Your new shirt will be a casual bowling shirt/ Hawaiian shirt style. There are two ways to determine the best size to order; measure your body or your favorite fitting shirt:
How to measure your *body* to determine size:
*use a tape measure around your chest under your arms
*check my size chart under ‘body measurements’ for size to order
How to measure your *favorite shirt* to determine size
*button the shirt and lay it flat
*measure from armpit to armpit across the chest and double the number
*check my size chart under shirt measurements for size to order.
All shirts are made to order and can be customized to fit you perfectly. If you prefer a slim fit please let me know. If you need the shirt longer or shorter I can do that to.
If you need a tape measure download and print one here. Https://www.printablerulers.net/preview/measuring_tape-60_inches

Sizing details
If you are not sure what size you need for a shirt I recommend the following:
Take your favorite shirt that fits you the best and lay it out flat. Measure straight across from armpit to armpit and write it down. Double that is your chest measurement.
Measure on the back of the shirt from the base of the collar seam to the bottom hem and write this measurement down. This will be the shirt length.
These two measurements will give you the basic size, from my Small to my 6 XL.
S - 45 inches (114 cm)
M - 49 inches (124 cm)
L - 52 inches (132 cm)
XL- 56 inches (137 cm)
2XL-58 inches (147 cm)
3XL- 63 inches (160 cm)
4XL- 69 inches (175 cm)
5XL- 74 inches (188 cm)

Care instructions
My "Sheet Shirts" are made from vintage bed sheets and are usually a cotton-polyester blend.
My "Panel Shirt" base is made from 100% cotton that is pre-washed to minimize shrinking and fading. The Panel fabric is made from various materials, usually cotton but sometimes a cotton-polyester blend.
All shirts are best washed in cold water and line dried. This will help maintain the color and shape of the shirt. If you use a machine, use the gentle cycle with cool water. Tumble dry using the coolest setting and if you use an iron use a low setting.
Custom and personalized orders
I can custom fit anything in my store. I can add a bit here or take out a bit there, just start a conversation before you order and let me know what you need.
