Photos and picture scanned are true to it's form. However, distortions in colour may occur due to displays in different PCs.

If your items are found defective upon receipt, OR if you are not satisfied with the items received, please notify me within 3 days and sent them back for repair/exchange/refund.

Shipping to me will be incurred by you and return shipping will be borne by me.

All items will be checked and packed in sealed plastic cover before putting into sealed envelope/box.

Order will be shipped within 3 working days(Monday to Friday) upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. Please ensure that you have submitted the correct mailing address. If there's difference between address provided by Etsy and Paypal, please advise me on which address to mail the order to. By default I will use the address provided by Paypal. I will notify you once order has been shipped.

Order will be sent via REGISTERED MAIL. It takes about 2-3 working days for your order to reach you. There is a great differences in postage calculation for mail weight more than 100g (especially if you buy more than 1 item), therefore, please convo me for revised invoice before payment.
