Guideline to Vintage Conditions

MINT: rare to find, flawless and pristine, retains original condition, may never have been worn. Original tags may still be attached.
NEAR MINT: shows very little wear and is complete.
EXCELLENT: sound in condition and appearance, complete, well cared for and used very little so not much wear at all.
VERY GOOD: wearable with some flaws (stains or minor structural flaws). Rare print patterns or scarcity of item makes it desirable.
GOOD: wearable, no longer in pristine condition and could never achieve excellent condition.

***Remember vintage items have been around a long time. They will have deteriorated with age, use and storage conditions. Vintage items have been used, worn, treasured and were special to someone many years ago. They can now have a new life and purpose for someone else in the present.

Guide to Calculate Your Measurements

Use a tape measure:

Bust – measure across the fullest part of the bust.
Waist – measure across the narrowest part of the waist.
Hips – measure across the fullest part, usually 8" below the waist.
Length – measure from mid shoulder/top of waistband to bottom hem.
Sleeves – measure from outer shoulder seam to cuff.
