5 out of 5 starsThis was my second time buying it because it was damaged by my pets. I was so glad it was still available because the color and texture is perfect. Plus, i am able to wash it as needed.. as long as I place the dryer on low heat it’s as good as new.

5 out of 5 starsI didn’t realize it would take a week and a half to ship. It did list in the description that they are made to order so it’s my oversight. At least it made it a a little over a week before Christmas. Great product just be aware of shipping timelines.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please Use the original box and return address on the label. Once You Have Received a Return Authorization, You MUST Place a NOTE Inside the Box With Your Contact Info and Reason For Return. We Also Must Have your Order Number and the Website You Ordered From. If We Do Not Get This Information We May Not be Able to Properly Credit your Refund. Returns must be Received within 14 Days of when the order delivered. All returns must be new and unused. Shipping is Non Refundable and there is a 15 % restock fee deducted from any refund.
