I accept Etsy Direct Checkout as well as Paypal.
Shipping
All items will be shipped to the exact address provided by the buyer at checkout. If you need your item shipped to another address, perhaps for a gift, please contact me before ordering so we can make those arrangements.

All US orders are shipped via Priority Mail. Please note, neither the post office nor I can guarantee delivery times, but tracking information is included with all US orders. If you need something in a rush, or by a certain date, don't hesitate to contact me before ordering and we'll talk about upgraded shipping.

All international orders are shipped via First Class mail. Delivery times vary greatly depending on the country and time of year, but average 2-4 weeks after production. International customers will be responsible for your own customs duties and taxes which may or may not be assessed by your home country. Customs forms will be marked as "Merchandise", no exceptions.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will always do my best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personalization of most of my products, there are no refunds given unless there is an actual defect to the product. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me immediately to discuss options. I'll get you taken care of. :)
