Frequently asked questions
Custom-Colored Toy Policies (PLEASE READ)

On custom listings you can select a pattern or number of colors to use, and then specify what colors you want and where you want them in the Personalization field.

PLEASE BE SPECIFIC. After I've made the toy (usually within 1-3 business days) I'll send you photos for your approval. I am usually happy to do a remake if I wasn't able to meet your specifications.

***IMPORTANT***

IF YOU WEREN'T SPECIFIC I will contact you for clarification. If I don't hear back within 2 days I'll use my best judgement. Sorry, NO remakes in this case!

If you change your mind about the colors/pattern after your custom toy is made I can do a remake for a small restocking fee. Please feel free to ask me questions and ask for example photos BEFORE you order!

Available Glow-in-the-Dark Powders for Custom Toys

- Green glow powder
- Blue-green glow powder

Please note that glow powders are heavier than regular pigments and will change the look of the pattern (e.g. I can't use them for a striped pattern, and in a marbled pattern they tend to blend in with the other colors.)

Please also note that glow powders are a pale cream/off-white when not glowing. I can mix in a tiny bit of regular pigment to give them a color, but I can't use too much or they won't glow very bright.

Available Shimmery Micas for Custom Toys

- Lavender mica
- Yellow-gold mica
- Sienna mica
- Blue-green mica
- Blue-purple mica

Please note that micas have their own pigments and adding them to another color will change that color! (E.g. adding gold mica to regular blue will come out green.)

Available Colors for Custom Toys

- Regular colors (if you show me an example I can probably mix to match it)
- UV colors (bright neon colors that glow under blacklight; no blacks/browns or other dark colors)

Available Patterns for Custom Toys

Please note that certain patterns work better with certain toys! Please contact me if you're unsure about how something will look.

- Solid (1 color)
- Dipped (looks like a solid toy was "tipped" in a second color; works best with toys with lots of texture, like the Wrigglers)
- Patch marbling (2 colors marbled together with some large "patches" of colors)
- 2-color striped (alternating colors; looks best if colors are opaque)
- Gradient (one color softly blends into another color; works best with colors near each other on the color wheel or you may see some obvious striping)
- Rainbow striped (5 or 6 stripes of colors in a rainbow pattern)
- Cat's-eye marbling (2 colors + white with lots of swirly marbling)

Custom-Sculpted Toys

Have an idea for a toy that you want to see made into reality? Contact me about commissioning a custom sculpt! Several of the designs sold in my store started out as commissions. Please contact me to discuss pricing and design feasibility.

Silicone Firmness

I currently offer what I call a "medium" (Ecoflex 00-50) and a "soft" (Ecoflex 00-30) silicone, however the firmness of these silicones is affected by the girth of the toy. Based on buyer feedback I recommend the medium for most of my toys except for the Carl, in which case I recommend the soft.

I can special order a slightly firmer silicone (Dragon Skin 10A, recommended for the Mermaiden toy) however I no longer use any of the firmer Dragon Skins, as they've torn up a couple of my molds.
