Welcome to of Feather of a Phoenix. Our pieces feature 3D printed metal as well as semi-precious gemstone beads. New design aesthetics combine rustic sensibilities with an elegant tone.
PLEASE NOTE:
• All of our rings are available in US Sizes 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8.
• Bangles are sized by diameter: SMALL (2.25in), MEDIUM (2.5in), & LARGE (2.75in)
• Beaded bracelets measure 7 inches in length, but if you’d prefer a custom size please include it as a note at checkout.
• Pieces that are plated may tarnish from prolonged exposure to water.
• 3D printing in steel has many steps and during the process each model picks up a small area that is more smooth than the general texture of the design. This is normal and expected and mostly occurs on the underside of each print. Additionally, the general texture of each print will vary from model to model.
• Most importantly, we pride ourselves on making jewelry that is the perfect fit for people of any and all sizes. Don't see the size you need? Don't worry - we'll make it for you. Send us a direct message and we'll figure out the right sizing for you.
• We are able to accommodate custom orders for occasions such as weddings, bridal party gifts, and corporate gifts. Please send us a direct message and we'll get you a quote and expected turnaround time within 48 hours.

Many items have a shipping time quoted at 3-5 weeks but this is dependent upon the size ordered versus which we have in stock. If an item is in stock it will ship in 1-3 business days, regardless of the estimated time at checkout. If you’d like to know if we have the size you need in stock, please send us a direct message. Feather of a Phoenix is the hobby turned shop created by Nina Stiefel & Andrea Torres.
Nina & Andrea attended film school together at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, where they developed their artistry and passion for images, color, character and light. They studied in camera technique, art direction, story development and learned that all of these concepts were not exclusive to filmmaking, but applied to all artistic endeavors.
After graduating in 2011, the girls spent a lot of time searching for ways to further expand their creativity and utilize their training. Andrea began working full time at a production company and Nina started working as a production assistant in commercials and television. In the summer of 2013, Nina saw a bracelet on a blog that she liked, but she couldn't quite find the perfect one - a leather wrap bracelet with black leather and black beads. Desperate to accessorize, she made one herself. She took a picture and sent it to Andrea, who texted her back a picture of her "bead box", which had sadly been left at the bottom of a dresser drawer when she'd packed for college. In that exchange, Feather of A Phoenix was born.
Nina & Andrea began to operate Feather of A Phoenix from their Hoboken and Fort Lee apartments and in 2014, designer & 3D artist David Derwin joined the Phoenix team to collaborate on a brand new product line: 3D printed metal jewelry. The three designers began sketching and modeling pieces and soon they were ready to print. Using a 3D printing company called Shapeways, David was able to turn their original models into steel, brass & silver reality. Nina & Andrea, still passionate about their first loves, color & light, chose to create some pieces that still incorporated the foundation of their shop: beads. Though the design process is collaborative, David's 3D modeling skills, Andrea's sense of color & style, & Nina's vision of the Phoenix brand are the recipe of the newly relaunched Feather of A Phoenix.

Shapeways is a New York based 3D printing company that allows users to upload their original 3D models for printing in materials ranging from plastic to platinum. High quality materials combine with innovative technology to facilitate unique designs.

Returns and exchanges
• Item(s) must be returned to us within seven (7) days from when it is received.
• Item(s) must be in unworn, new condition.
• Shipping expenses will be at the cost of the buyer.
All of our sizes are true to the measurements we provide, and therefore any exchanges due to a sizing issue will be at the expense of the buyer.
Though it's a rare occurrence, in the case of a defective item, please contact us right away and we will work with you to find the solution that works best for everyone. We want to do what's right by you as a buyer and supporter of our shop.
In the event that an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to facilitate a solution.
