Feather Park Lettering is my dream come true!

Hello, I’m Gina! I’m so glad you are here!

I discovered hand lettering in the middle of 2016 and fell head over heels in love with it.
Creating makes me so happy and I want to share my joy with others, which is why I started Feather Park Lettering.

The beautiful pens that you see in my shop are turned on the lathe by me. I love the process of picking out the pen blanks, turning them into their own unique shapes and sanding and polishing them until they are perfect and gleaming! I've even expanded into casting my own resin pen blanks to create totally custom creations for my customers!

When you purchase from my shop, you are supporting my small business. I'm a one-woman show! Running this business allows me to stay home with my children and to be here when they need me. I'm loving every minute of it and I'm so grateful I get to do this everyday. Every single order means so much to me!

I feel so lucky to be able to share my love for hand lettering and beautiful pens with you. I can’t wait to work with you!

XO,
Gina

I love calligraphy and pretty pens which has led me to start turning my own on a lathe. I also love working with watercolor to create whimsical illustrations and patterns! I really enjoy being able to create art and share it with you!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders

Please send me a message regarding custom requests! I'm happy to work with you to create what you are looking for.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I customize the flange on each pen for use with a Brause "Blue Pumpkin" nib or similar size nibs (like the G nibs). A nib is not included with the purchase of a pen holder from the "Elemental" line.

Other nibs may require you to adjust your flange by hand. Please contact me if you need assistance adjusting your flange - I'm happy to help!

Care instructions

Acrylic resin is really durable stuff but it can be damaged by rough treatment or dropping it on hard surfaces! Your pen is sanded and polished to a high shine. It should be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth. Ink may eventually stain the end over time, if left on the surface of the pen for long periods of time.

You can wash your pen with gentle soaps and a soft cloth. Water will not hurt your pen, just remember to take the nib out because they will rust if exposed to water. Please do not use harsh cleaners/soap or abrasive materials like a scrubby sponge or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on your pen or you may damage the glossy finish.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All pens are carefully packaged in a clear plastic holder and placed in a box with padding. The box and tissue are recyclable or reusable.

Gift wrapping can be added for an additional charge. Please message me for details.

International Shipping

International First Class Package service starts at around $14.50. I ship from the Kansas City Area via USPS. I will provide tracking information on international shipments if it is available.

First Class International Package service (the least expensive international option) can take as long as 4 weeks to arrive (more in high volume mail times). Once your parcel is checked in to the USPS mail stream, it's location and speed of travel are out of my control.

Please be aware of your country’s rules regarding importing merchandise from the United States. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for all import charges in keeping with the laws of your country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost and/or Delayed Packages

I ship all pen orders insured. International shipments are not considered "lost" until they have been in transit for at least 60 days. I am not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail. If the insurance determines the package is actually lost and pays the claim, purchase price will be refunded (less shipping costs)

However, if the USPS shows that your order was "Delivered" in their tracking system, but you don't have your order, there is nothing I can do. Once the package leaves my hands, it is the property of the USPS (or your country's postal service). The provided insurance will NOT cover packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the Postal Service. In this case, you will need to contact your local post office for assistance.
