Feather the Nest is happy to accept returns for exchange, provided packages are postmarked within seven business days of our original shipment.

The FamiLee Jewels is happy to accept payment within 7 days of purchase via Paypal, money order, personal check, or you may call us with your VISA, Mastercard, or Discover card information. Items paid for by credit card must be shipped to the billing address. Should you choose to pay by personal check, we will hold your items until the check has cleared. This is generally 10 -14 days. There will be a $25.00 service charge for all checks returned for insufficient funds (as that is what the bank charges us). Uncollected checks will be turned over to a Collection Service after 45 days and the check writer will be resposible for all collection fees.

Feather the Nest ships by first class mail.
We are happy to ship to international customers. Please contact us for those exact fees. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays weekly.
