Frequently asked questions
Are earrings returnable?
Due to health reasons, I do not accept returns on earrings.
Do you make clip-on earrings?
I do not make clip-on earrings but am able to change out the ear pieces on many of my designs so that I can attach clip-on ear fasteners. Please feel free to ask about any pair you may want to change. There is no charge for this service.
Do you make size adjustments for individual pieces?
Yes, I do make adjustments for size on my bracelets and necklaces. For most adjustments, (unless substantial) this is a one time free service so please be sure to measure carefully when asking for the adjustment. Pieces must be paid for before size adjustment is made.

Do you combine shipping for purchasing multiple items?
Yes, after the initial shipping charge, additional items are $1.00 each.
How soon does payment need to be made?
Payment should be made immediately after adding items to cart. Anything left in the cart for more than 3 days will be returned to stock.
What if there is a problem?
Let me know if there is any issue and I am sure we can resolve it. I want you to be happy with your purchase and totally love my jewelry and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
