Thank you for having a look around my shop.

My obsession for designing and making things started when I was a child. I loved drawing and doing art projects with my Dad and Grandad who were both very talented artists! One of my most cherished memories is making tiny dolls house furniture with my Grandad in his garage workshop.

While I was at university studying Fashion Marketing & Communication (which included Graphic Design) I began making jewellery, cards and then later began making all sorts of things as gifts for my family and friends.

Design has always been my passion and after working for magazines and design companies, I am now also a self employed graphic designer. My business New Start Design offers everything from travel brochures to business cards: www.newstartdesign.co.uk.

I live with my husband, two beautiful identical twin daughters (who also love making things!) and our two cats.

I have always been very passionate about our environmental impact on the earth and recycling and re-using as much as possible. That is why we aim to source organic and sustainable cotton for our products wherever possible and also reducing waste by re-using postage packaging. So don't be surprised if your order arrives in a re-cycled Amazon box!

I make hand made gifts for all occasions and can create completely bespoke designs. If you have any questions please just ask me and I will be very happy to help.
