Production partners

  • Jacque Mooney

    Sacramento, CA

Jacque has been making dichroic items for me for years. These are items I simply cannot make myself. Jacque makes many things with dichroic glass. I market them and sell them for her.

  • Used to be a bead shop

    MS, United States

She is a private person who did not want her name mentioned. She used to help me, but she is no longer in the business of making paper beads.

  • Jenny Briggs

    Folsom, CA

She used to have several more things on my site but has now branched off on her own.

  • JoAnne McClure

    Tucson, AZ

JoAnne is a long time Etsy collaborator of mine. She wire-wraps pieces for me, and she is very good at it! I tell her what I need, and she does it and sends it to me to help me in the production of whatever piece I'm making.

  • Malene Waters

    Sacramento, CA

Malene is my business partner. She sometimes makes things for my shop. She is a certified gemologist. She is in constant severe pain due to back issues, which limits the amount of jewelry she can now produce.

  • Matt Philleo

    IA, United States

Matt is a Giclee Acrylic Artist. He paints his own works and displays them here and on his own website as well.

  • Michael Gower

    Portland, OR

Michael has been working with us for over 15 years and just now agreed to become part of our team! Until now, he has been making things only to sell where he works and for an occasional craft fair. He does have limited time, as he still works full time. We welcome him!

  • Michele Hays

    Placerville, CA

Michele is a gifted acrylic painter; she has been doing her work for several years, and has just agreed to come onto our site. (May, 2020)

  • Shannen Farrell

    Sacramento, CA

    Shannen makes our button bracelets.

  • Yessica Talian

    San Francisco, CA

Yessica joined my team about 4 years ago. She makes mostly vintage items using material, lace and ribbon from the central district in San Francisco and overseas where she visits frequently. She makes Chokers, Cleavage Covers and Collars for Women.

Welcome to my shop! I have always believed that every woman can improve her appearance, whether it be a simple necklace, earrings, or even a simple bracelet, can do the trick! Whatever jewelry you choose is up to you, but to me, choosing something is the key! Even starlits on the red carpet usually wear at least earrings with their lovely gown! I have been making jewelry for over 35 years, and have never lost the excitement of creating something new! (We will also create something by custom order! Just contact us, and we would be glad to accommodate you!) It becomes a personal expression of your self, and whatever jewelry you choose enhances that personality! Jewelry can also be passed on to the next generation, creating something really special to be cherished for generations to come, to add to a personal collection of memoirs. Beads and gems are things I've always been passionate about. I see beauty in not just sunsets, but even in simple things like a puddle of water or an oil spill on the auto mechanic's floor! (Then I found out there really are beads called "Oil Slicks", so it isn't just ME!) I'm not sure why I decided way in the beginning that everything I do would be one of a kind, but that was the name of my business for a long time at first. Then when Michael Jackson became the rage, I named my business "Bead-It"! The reason for the name Felix Culpa Artisans is explained fully on my website, (http://www.felixculpaartisans.com), if you're interested. I consider it to be a very high compliment when someone chooses one of my pieces to add to their collection. I would rather create something timeless than follow trends, thereby having your jewelry continue to be a unique expression of yourself, and something you and your heirs will cherish for many years to come.

Concerning compliance with the GDPR requirements:

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It:

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
1. As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
2. When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by sending me an e-mail or letting me know on Facebook;
3. If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
4. As necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as: 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and: 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

1. Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
2. Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
3. Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 3 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU:

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights:
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

1. Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
2. Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
3. Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
4. Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
