1 out of 5 starsDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SUPPLIER!!!!!! To return an item it costs $150 since it is outside the U.S. That is why she wont let you cancel after 24 hours! I asked for a return label (much less expensive from the supplier) and offered to pay her costs and those she may have incurred with Etsy, but she REFUSED! Stuck with a pillow that was not as pictured.

The return/cancelation policies are stated in my store and are very clear. Made to order items can’t be cancelled and the item description specifies clearly that the color is ecru. You requested to cancel your order once it already shipped and didn’t use the 14 day window to return it. Instead, you opened a dispute on PayPal, which was resolved in my favor. You even threatened me with leaving a bad review if I didn’t pay for the return expenses. This is my job, I do this for a living, I have shipped lots of items worldwide, I do know that 1lb pillowcase to Uruguay doesn’t cost $150. Besides being my job, it is my passion, I make every item with love, so I am sorry you didn’t like your item and I wish we didn’t have to deal with this problem this way.

TRADITION + NATURE + DESIGN
Everything starts with textures – I see the materials and my hands start to move, thoughts in my head create shapes and combine techniques. I always try to preserve the nature of the materials I use and respect their qualities.
Due to the outdoor location of my dyeing area, I have to dye my designs when the weather is good. When it’s sunny I know it’s a dyeing day, and when it rains, it’s time for creativity.
All of my items are made with a lot of love, care, and dedication. I strongly believe that everything in this world has an energy, and the things we make take on the energy of their creators. Because of that, I work with happiness and enjoy every step of the process.
Each of my designs is full of energy and meaning – I think that’s why the result is beautiful. When I make my products I try to transmit my surroundings — nature, calmness and simplicity. I wait until each product absorbs the warmth of the sun and the freshness of the sea to send it to its final user.

Ready to ship items:

Made to order items:
- We inform in each item the time it takes to make it.
- All orders are sent by DHL Express or FEDEX International, fast and insured courier with a tracking number.
- 2-5 days to reach any destination.

How to hand wash our products?
1. Fill a suitable container with cold or warm water (30°C/86°F max.).
2. Add neutral or wool soap.
3. Dip in the item and let it soak for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Rinse.
5. Lay the item on a flat surface and shape it as desired. Washing might have caused the item to reversibly lose its original shape.
6. Smooth down the item to remove wrinkles and folds.
7. Let it dry naturally in a ventilated or open area.
