I hope that you find something here that you like, maybe something that I made just for you... I will do my absolute best to send you a lovely hand felted piece that has been nicely wrapped and shipped to you in a timely manner. Returns and exchanges
I hope that you love the unique your item that you have bought but, if for some reason, you don't, please contact me. If we agree that a return is the most sensible course of action and the item is returned to me in the exact same condition that I sent it to you in, then I am happy to refund your initial purchase price and postage charges. You are responsible for the return postage. Please obtain proof of posting from your local post office in the unlikely event that the item goes misisng in the post and we have to seek recompense. I will pay the original listing costs and my relisting fees for the item.
I happily accept paypal payments, but you don't need a paypal account to buy from me as you can use your credit or debit card through paypal.

I reserve the right to cancel your order if it is not paid for within 3 days (72 hours). Your item will not be shipped until your payment clears.
I am very happy to post my items internationally.

Items posted within the UK are sent to you using Royal Mail First Class post
Items sent outside the UK will be Royal Mail Airmail - which can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, although such a lengthy shipping time is unlikely as a regular occurence.

I can also send items using a tracked service, but this would be at extra cost for which you, the buyer, would be responsible. If you require this service please contact me prior to buying your item and I can get a quotation for you for the cost of that service. It is important to note, here, that the tracking of any item is only possible in its country of origin, so as soon as they arrive in another country they can no longer be tracked by the postal service.

I will let you know when I have sent your item and provide you with any relevant tracking information at that time. Please contact me if you do not receive your item.

Please be aware of the customs regulations on imported items in your country. You are responsible for items held at customs and extra charges incurred. Please also be aware that if your item is confiscated by Customs then I cannot issue you with a refund.

I have tried to ensure that my photographs are accurate pictures of my items, but please be aware that monitors do differ in the way that they show colours.
