With a love of COLOR, BUTTONS and YARN--Felted Button was born!!
With a noisy brain that NEEDED crochet for peace and calm, I spent a lot of my free time "yarning" (as described by my youngest). But my poor friends only needed so many blankets, hats, scarves and mitts! And my house was overflowing! So opening Felted Button was the next logical step.
Once I opened my colorful little shop, I quickly realized that I did not like making the same things over and over again. And creating patterns out of my head and from inspiration around me naturally led to my own original designs. Thanks to my university technical writing professor, I began writing and independently publishing my own patterns. The Felted Button shop has since grown to over 120 unique designs to date and many more on the way!! (Remember...the noisy brain.)
The best quality patterns with lots of details like color placement diagrams, special stitch sections, and photo-tutorials are typical. I also strive to design and write my patterns with the ability to adjust them to suit your style, preferences and needs.
