Felted Kiwi felted art and soaps are hand crafted in the Northland district of New Zealand. I take my inspiration from New Zealand flora, fauna and landscape-along with the occasional cocktail olive and my Devon Rex, Ed.

I began felting after suffering a stroke in my 30s and felting is both creative outlet and therapy for me.

I felt with New Zealand wool, mohair and alpaca sourced from around the country. New Zealand wools used include Merino, Corriedale, Lincoln, Romney, Gotland and English Leicester.

I use a variety of felting techniques including wet felting, shibori, nuno and needle felting.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
As I will package your purchase securely and highly recommend NZ Courier Post tracked shipping for all international purchases - I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which might occur during transit and delivery.

Felting is an organic process. Irregularities and holes (in some items) are part of the beauty of the medium. Refunds will only be given for truly defective items, not for individuality!
Payment
Please note that for all International purchases I only accept payment via Paypal and credit card via Paypal. New Zealand buyers please contact me for alternative methods of payment - if preferred.

When making your payment please ensure that your Paypal address and your shipping address are identical - this avoids possible delays in processing. If you do not have a Paypal account you can still make your purchase by using your credit card - it is a relatively straightforward process.

Please ensure your payment is made within three working days of your order being placed - if it is not received within this time frame - I will cancel the order and relist the item. If you wish to cancel your order - please also do this within three days of placing your order.

I will post your order as soon as your payment has been processed unless it is a custom order. I will not work on custom orders until payment has been received. Custom orders will be shipped within the time line noted in the listing with the clock starting after payment has been received.
Shipping
Please note that the advised shipping costs (packaging included) are for Standard mail only - please contact me if you would like the more expensive tracked option and I will make the necessary adjustment.

New Zealand and Australian buyers can expect delivery between 3-14 working days after their payment has been processed.

International buyers can expect delivery between 2-3 weeks after their payment has been processed - dependent upon the mode of shipping and country of delivery.

All import duties/taxes/levies incurred at the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
