I love natural materials . All items are unique, one of a kind and completely hand made.
I accept custom orders as well. Please contact me if you have any idea or suggestion.

I usually expect payments to be done in 24 hours after your purchase. If you have problems with it, please contact me and we will try to complete your transaction in a best way for us both.
You can pay the following ways:
* The transfer of money in the system PayPal
* Bank Transfer

Paypal payments are accepted. You can pay by your credit card as well if you don't have Paypal account. (The instructions can be found here http://www.etsy.com/storque/how-to/how-to-pay-with-a-credit-card-and-create-a-paypal-account-746/ ).
If you reside in European Union, you can also pay by bank transfer.
Your purchase is shipped when the payment is received and withdrawn to the bank account. I will let you know about the plans of shipping your item
All items are shipped via registered priority airmail.

Shipping usually takes 5-21 days, depending on your location. Please be patient as it usually depends on the work of customs (there might be delays because of bad weather, slow customs works, changed policies, high security at the Customs, etc). The parcel is named delayed only when it is not delivered to you in 30 days. Then I can fill in the complaint about the delayed parcel at the post office (see refunds and exchanges section).
you need priority mail shipment, ask me before complete purchase. I'm not responsible for items lost by post.

Please note that I will always ship to the address given by Etsy. If you want me to ship to a different address, please indicate this in your Message to Seller. I am not responsible for packages that are undelivered because the address given by the buyer through Etsy is inaccurate.

Any customs duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 2 business days after receiving the item. If you decide to return the item, it must be posted within those 2 days too. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging. I will refund you via Paypal, minus the cost of shipping and Etsy fees. You will also pay the cost of shipping the item back and if you declare it not as a gift and mark a high value of the parcel, consequently I have to pay customs fees for the item you are returnint, customs fees will also be deducted from your refundable amount. Any refund will be made ONLY after I receive the item back.
Please understand that I can not be held responsible for delays in post work or lost parcels. But I tend to cooperate with the buyer and find a best sollution for any problem that appears.
If your item is lost in transit, I would offer you store credit, but only after I get confirmation from the post that the parcel is really lost. It takes 30-90 days to get such confirmation. I am not issuing refunds for "forces" out of my controle, but if I agree about that with the buyer, refund will be issued ONLY after the post confirms that the parcel is lost. I can write a complaint to the post office only after 30 days after the parcel was sent, and then up to 60 days for getting a response about the parcel

About felt:
All my products are handmade from ecological raw material. Felt things are very practical, they can be easily washed many times and they will serve for many years. Hand mitts can slightly enlarge wen you carry them on your hands, but after washing they'll take original size.
They washed in a warm (not hot!) water.
