Everything started from a small felt ball...

I've became acquainted with felting some 10 years ago when birth of small felt ball caught my eye during the public event of our regional museum. However it took about 5 years to screw my courage, to find free time, to set free the fancy in order to take a flock of wool into my hands. And now I can't imagine my leisure without felting. Wool is amazing material, very plastic and very friendly with the fuller, wearer and other materials composing solid work. I do not limit myself doing one kind works. Brooches, necklaces, earrings, wristlets, bracelets, slippers, wool decorated glass vases, belts, shawls, gloves is not finite list of the range of my creative works.

Thank you very much for visiting FeltInga, my shop.
All felted items you find here is handmade by me and all knits are made by my mom - in smoke and pet free environment.
The title of the shop, FeltInga, is made of two words Felt (my passion and hobby) and Inga (my shortened name from Ingrida).
Often I feel sad that camera cannot always show things as beautiful as they really are. Handmade items are not exception in the case. Various monitors having different light settings are the second problem why things differ from reality.
You are welcome to contact me if your order does not come in a month. In this case I will initiate an international search via Lithuanian Post (LP) and will refund if will get a confirmation from LP that the parcel is considered as lost, as all my parcels are registered. I appreciate your patience.

Returns and exchange details
I always want that each customer would be happy with my handwork. Please read item description carefully prior buying it.

Returns & exchanges (except both ends shipment cost) are acceptable if you are not satisfied with the purchase in 14 days after receiving the goods within European Union contries only. Goods should be not used and returned securely in the original shipping package. This right does not extend to custom-made products.

All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if refused or returned for refund. The restocking fee is 25% of the cost of the item but no less than 15 USD and it will be deducted from refund amount together with any customs fees if applicable.

Cancellations are acceptable within 1 hour from the purchase if they still not being shipped.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you do not feel pleased with purchase before leaving negative rating and review.

Please note that colors may differ due to your monitor settings and it is not a reason to return the item.
I accept payment via Paypal, credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards.
The item will be send after receipt of payment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
IMPORTANT. Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) and emergency measures being put in place in different regions possible delays of delivery may happen.
Please make sure that your PayPal and Etsy addresses are correct.
All of my ready to ship items will be securely packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from payment received. All parcels are shipped via registered mail with tracking possibility.
International shipping usually takes up to 1-4 weeks but sometimes it may take a bit longer. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Holiday shipping takes even longer.
Handmade to order items will be shipped in 1-3 weeks after the payment is received. I always inform visitors of my shop about my vacation in the shop announcement and in this case add extra time for production and small gift for customers as reward for patience.
I'm saving money for both me and my clients so I make a very simple package, often using recycled but only clean boxes, envelopes and other packing material (thus thinking about our Earth too) and I only make special packing under special requirements and an extra charge (unless otherwise is stated in the items description).

Custom orders are accepted. Please note, that all my items are handmade and it is impossible to make two identical ones, so item you will receive will slightly vary from those on pictures.

Express shipping

Please contact me if you need express shipping. I can offer 1-4 business days worldwide shipping possibility. Your telephone number will be needed for courier.


All items are shipped with priority registered mail with tracking possiblity.

Unfortunately, the tracking is unavailable in Canada at the moment. If you want to trace your parcel, I can arrange Express Shipping.

There's no direct tracking for parcels to Australia, as Australian post changes the tracking number. However, they do answer messages through their Facebook page and informs about the parcel status.

Refund and Restocking Fee for purchases with Free Shipping

All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund. The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the item but no less than 15 USD
