I received updates on its status and when it got delivered I inspected it. More beautiful than I could’ve imagined. It’s proudly displayed and will be a feature in our home and passed on.

Shop policies
All felted items you find here is handmade by me and all knits are made by my mom - in smoke and pet free environment.
The title of the shop, FeltInga, is made of two words Felt (my passion and hobby) and Inga (my shortened name from Ingrida).
Often I feel sad that camera cannot always show things as beautiful as they really are. Handmade items are not exception in the case. Various monitors having different light settings are the second problem why things differ from reality.
You are welcome to contact me if your order does not come in a month. In this case I will initiate an international search via Lithuanian Post (LP) and will refund if will get a confirmation from LP that the parcel is considered as lost, as all my parcels are registered. I appreciate your patience.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Shipping
Please make sure that your PayPal and Etsy addresses are correct.
All of my ready to ship items will be securely packed and shipped within 1-3 business days from payment received. All parcels are shipped via registered mail with tracking possibility.
International shipping usually takes up to 1-4 weeks but sometimes it may take a bit longer. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Holiday shipping takes even longer.
Handmade to order items will be shipped in 1-3 weeks after the payment is received. I always inform visitors of my shop about my vacation in the shop announcement and in this case add extra time for production and small gift for customers as reward for patience.
I'm saving money for both me and my clients so I make a very simple package, often using recycled but only clean boxes, envelopes and other packing material (thus thinking about our Earth too) and I only make special packing under special requirements and an extra charge (unless otherwise is stated in the items description).

Wholesale availability

Express shipping
Please contact me if you need express shipping. I can offer 1-5 business days (in some cases it may be longer) worldwide shipping possibility. Your telephone number will be needed for courier.
Tracking
All items are shipped with priority registered mail with tracking possiblity. In some cases signature may be needed.
Refund and Restocking Fee for purchases with Free Shipping
All items with free shipping incur a restocking fee if returned for refund (if it is possible). The restocking fee is 20% of the cost of the item but no less than 15 USD.
Return for Refund of Purchases
Return for refund is possible within EU only and only for new, not personalized and not custom made goods within 14 days of delivery, but please contact me before shipping back. All shipping costs of the quality goods will be covered by buyer.
Refunding damaged orders
If your order came damaged (it happens very rare!), please send me photos both of damaged item(s) and package, also please report the issue with your post office from your end (it will help to prove that parcel was really damaged during delivery and make process faster). From my end I will make a claim with my postal service provider and willl refund you asap after the provider will compensate the loss.
