Returns & exchanges
I take great pride in my work and I hope that you love the things I make for you. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply notify me and I will be happy to work with you to resolve any problem.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me asap. I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.

NON-DAMAGED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping. Purchase price will be refunded within 10 days of my receipt of item(s) back in good/unused condition.

CUSTOMS FEES
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United Kingdom.

LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me asap so we can start attempting to track it down.

Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.

PRODUCTS
All my items come from a smoke free household. I do have a cat and even though he is not allowed near my fibre I can't guarantee no stray hairs.

The animals that provided the fiber live and play on farms where there is lots of organic matter, and although I make every effort to remove it, if you find a stray bit of grass just pluck it out and know that your yarn came from a happy animal.

I try to accurately describe the colors and texture of fiber and yarn, but please be aware that computer monitors vary in color display. I do my utmost to provide professional-quality photographs that are representative of colors as they appear on my own equipment. If you have any questions feel free to convo me! I do not accept returns due to monitor variance.

FEEDBACK
I like to know that my items have arrived safe and sound, and a note to that effect or a positive feedback is always welcome! Please contact me immediately if you are unhappy about anything.

RESERVING ITEMS
I can reserve items for you for up to 3 weeks. Just sent me a convo and let me know which ones. If you don't purchase them after 3 weeks they will become available for sale in the shop again as regular items.
