Welcome to Fetch Fashion: Repurposed, Upcycled, & Vintage-Inspired Accessories for the Modern Fashionista!

Fetch Fashion is the harmonious juxtaposition between classic aesthetics and modern style, created with lots of love by artist, Krystal Figueroa. Every item is unique, handmade with great attention to detail, and created with materials that are repurposed, upcycled, and/or vintage-inspired with the idea that practically anything can be re-imagined into something that is not only beautiful to look at, but functional as well.

Returns and exchanges
You have up to 24 hours to cancel an order and receive a refund after payment has been made. After this 24-hour period, refunds will be granted at my own discretion. Refunds will not be granted on custom orders once the item(s) have been completed unless the items are deemed suitable for re-sale.

If you are not satisfied with a product or find that it has been damaged during shipping, please let me know within five (5) days of delivery and I will exchange the item with another item of equal or lesser value OR refund the cost of the item only if it is returned to me in its ORIGINAL condition (you will be responsible for return shipping costs if you are not satisfied with your item). If your item is damaged during shipping (you must be able to show proof of this damage), I will replace it at my cost.

PLEASE NOTE: By nature, duct tape items are fairly sturdy, and will hold up with proper use and care; however, there are a few considerations. Depending on how you use and take care of your duct tape creation, you make experience some wear and tear. I cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear and will not refund or replace under these circumstances. See 'Additional Information' below for more details about proper use and care.*
Payment is due within three (3) business days after order is made and must be paid in full before item will be shipped. Work on custom order items will not begin until payment is received. Unpaid orders will be canceled after the payment deadline.

Acceptable methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. If arrangements have been made for you to have your order personally delivered by me, I am willing to receive cash, cashier's checks, and money orders upon delivery. Arrangements can be made for credit card payment in person as well.
Shipping costs are not included in the advertised price and will be added to the final total during checkout. Shipping costs include packaging, First-Class Mail (2-5 business days), and Delivery Confirmation via USPS. Insurance is not included in shipping cost, but may be provided upon request and at an additional cost. If rush delivery, Priority Mail, insurance, or other shipping options are required, please e-mail or message me PRIOR to order placement to customize your shipping preferences.

In-stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. Orders for custom and made-to-order items are filled in the order in which they are received, so shipping and delivery may vary depending on the number of pending orders (e.g., most custom-made and made-to-order items are typically shipped within 2-4 weeks after payment is received if there are no other pending orders; more than two pending orders ahead of your order could delay shipment for 1-2 additional weeks).

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order is complete and again once it has been shipped. If you are located in Los Angeles County, Orange County, or San Bernardino County (within 20 miles of my location), I am willing to personally deliver your order, if you so choose. If you are within 10 miles of my location, I will also refund all shipping costs if requested.

All items are handmade, so no two items are exactly alike. Just like each and every one of you, each and every one of my creations is unique! Please allow for slight variations from what is shown in the photos.

Over time, duct tape can crumple and crease, so refrain from leaving your item in places were it could get smashed, folded, etc. I also recommend keeping things inside your duct tape wallets, purses, etc. to help maintain its shape, especially when it is not in use (Tip: Use crumpled paper, tissue paper, or even a grocery bag to stuff your clutch wallet or purse before you store it. Place credit card-sized pieces of cardboard in your bi-fold wallet pockets to keep it from bending and crumpling.) Also, you may notice that some of the adhesive may come off at the edges of the duct tape over time; this is a result of frequent exposure to heat and friction, but is perfectly normal. The bits of adhesive should rub off fairly easily and may be cleaned with a clean cloth and a little soap and water. I've heard that WD-40 also works well to remove adhesive residue, but use with caution when cleaning your duct tape creation as it may cause damage to the construction of your item.
