What is hydro or hydro thermal quartz???
The hydro is short for the process of Hydrothermal Synthesis. This process has been performed by geologists, geochemists, and mineralogists since the beginning of the 20th century. It essentially is a man made, fast process of creating crystals that would take much longer to form in nature otherwise. To create these crystals, a substance or nutrient along with water is put into an Autoclave , or steel apparatus that can contain and withstand high vapor pressures and very hot temperatures. Returns or Exchanges
If you have received a defective product or missing product. You may return the item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please keep in mind. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition. Please contact us at bijouxstudio1@gmail.com, and send your order number, pictures, and unboxing video as we are not able to refund you the amount if you don't have the unboxing video. Then we will get back to you soon as soon as possible to arrange the replacement or refund of the product.
The item must be in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stones must be unscratched.

Care instructions
1. The best way to prevent tarnishing is to store clean, dry sterling silver in a dry airtight container, like a ziplock bag.
2. An anti-tarnish strip with the silver jewelry in a ziplock bag will help fight against tarnish.
3. Don’t leave silver jewelry in the bathroom. Humidity can speed up the oxidation process that produces tarnish.
4. Minimize sterling silver’s contact to chemicals (hairspray, perfume, body lotion, bleach, etc.) and do not wear it the shower, swimming pool or hot tub.
5. After taking off silver jewelry, clean it with a dry soft cloth before putting it back into an airtight container.
6. it should be the last thing put on before leaving the house, and the first thing removed when returning home.
