Silversmithing has ruined my life!
Well, perhaps that is a little strong. It has definitely changed it! I so enjoy the designing and fabrication that I tend to neglect some of the other areas of my life. Like gardening and cooking and exercise! I am constantly on the lookout for new ideas, new and different stones and the constant quest to learn more techniques. Returns and exchanges
In Stock Items: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for exchange or credit only. The items must be in the exact condition as shipped to you, and not worn. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Custom items: Unfortunately these items cannot be returned. Please contact me to see what can be done. I will work hard to ensure you are happy with your custom item to avoid such upset.
Any returns must be received within 14 days. You are responsible for shipping charges.
A lot of care will have gone into your individual piece, from the creation to the shipping. If you are not happy with what you ordered, please let me know.
Payment
PayPal is a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be shipped or started until payment is cleared. If you need a little extra time to pay, or wish a layaway, please ask, I am happy to consider making arrangements.
Shipping
Please note that I cannot be help responsible for any delays with the delivery as it is out of my control. Should an item be lost in the delivery system, this is not my responsibility. It is up to the purchaser to properly insure the items. Orders lost in the mail will not be refunded.
If you wish your order to be expedited and/or insured, please let me know and I am happy to arrange it. If you would like to upgrade to include tracking, I can do this also. I will invoice you to cover the extra costs of this extra optional methods.
