I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you're unhappy with your order you can return your item(s) for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days of the SHIPMENT date (The time it takes me to make your item does not count as part of the 30 days).

**PATTERN SALES are not refundable for any reason** You may cancel your pattern order with no penalty IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE PATTERN via e-mail. Once the pattern has been delivered, order refunds will not be issued for any reason.

This shop accepts Paypal only. If you change your mind about an order, you have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel for a full refund of your purchase price. IF you order a pattern and the pattern has not yet been delivered, you may cancel your order with no penalty. Cancellations made after 24 hours will be subject to a fee (usually a small percentage of the purchase price). Cancellations of pattern orders made after the pattern has been delivered will not be honored.

Shipping prices are for USPS ground mail, and usually arrive within 5-7 days of shipment. If you'd like your items faster, let me know and we can discuss alternate shipping methods.

You will receive an e-mail notification and a USPS tracking number when your order ships.
