feralfabrications' Shop Policies
hello! here is a general rundown of the shop:
i've started here in april 2009 with the aim to expose the variety of things i make to a wider community of people and dive right into the handmade revolution that seems to be going on these days. i hope to bring my funny little creations to people who will love them, and also connect and learn from so many other makers.
my most important shipping rule is this: I DO NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. this means that if you need an item quickly or with any sort of deadline, it is a good idea on the buyer's part to pay in a timely fashion. you are welcome to contact me about custom orders, combined shipping, sizes, discounts, etc., but unfortunately after too many buyers failing to pay for an item (at all) i need to stick to this policy.
i accept paypal only, and will hold a 'sold' item for one week (7 days, including weekends). after 2-3 days i will contact the buyer via conversations. if i do not recieve the payment or am contacted within that week, the item will be relisted and open to other buyers.
U.S. buyers: first-class or priority shipping with USPS,
international buyers: first-class mail.
all pasties, clothing, and hats include a tracking number.
i am happy to upgrade any shipping to speed up the arrival process; contact me in advance and i will send you a quote or revised invoice. i will insure at the request of the buyer. once an item has shipped, i will contact you right away with estimated arrival time and other info.
Refunds and Exchanges
please choose carefully and ask any questions in advance, as all sales are final and i normally will not do any returns. due to the 'special-occasion' or costumey nature of most of the things i make, i must enforce this to ensure the item is bought to keep for its lifetime as opposed to a one-time use and return. you may contact me about extenuating circumstances such as damages or size issues, and am sometimes open to exchanges, but for the most part this is the case. i will exchange an item for a different size, color or variety of the same item but do not do inter-item exchanges. there are absolutely NO exchanges or refunds for custom work. after shipping out, feral fabrications is not responsible for packages lost or damaged.

you may feel free to contact me about custom work, requests of past items, clarification of terms or with any other questions. i am occasionally available for producing multiples for groups, wholesale/consignment or multiple pricing. of course, most things are one of a kind and not meant to be mass-produced, and quantities may be limited due to their nature or materials. thank you for looking around!
