Hello! I am in charge of administration tasks and customer service. I am an Art Historian so I also work with Fernando on chosing the designs to replicate in miniature. Moreover I am an amateur jeweller so I produce the metal parts of the pieces.

Have an special item in mind? Do you like anything that you saw in the shop but in different color or dimensions?
I am very happy to work with you and personalize your order! Price, turn around time and shipping costs will vary depending on the final order.
Shipping
I am based in Spain. All the national shipments may be made by Correos, the Spanish mail service. In case that you want a faster service, please let me know when placing the order. Please, be aware that the cost of the priority shipping will be higher than the one stated for the standard shipping and it will be at your own expenses.
International shipments will be made by DHL Express or similar. You will be informed of the tracking number so that you know the status of your shipment anytime.
Customs
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU: some countries charge an import tax for some international purchases (this tax may be collected by the shipping company prior to delivery). If you are concerned that your government might tax you for your purchase then please inquire with your government's customs office prior to purchase.
