Shop policies
Before you place an order please take the time to read the information I provide here. It guarantees an easy and seamless transaction:)
Order Changes: Forgot to change the address or want to make some other change after ordering? Let's just say we have learned the hard way! So we do not accept any order changes after the order is placed. If necessary, please request an order cancelation and we will refund promptly so you can reorder with all details correct. This ensures no errors are made and no balls get dropped. We know it seems like a little more work on your end but we appreciate your understanding. We want every order to arrive where it is supposed to and as it is how it is supposed to look:)
Returns: We are unable to accept any kind of return (for refund/exchange) on personalized items. The only exception is if we make an error. In that case (doesn't happen often but we are human and do all the work ourselves) we will do our absolute best to make it right by offering a replacement or a refund and expedite shipping if necessary. We want every customer to be completely satisfied. Any defect or damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt.
Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery dates no matter which carrier or service is used. All carriers currently have operational issues randomly affecting different hubs around the country. What we CAN guarantee is that we will ship on time (or before). We know the items in our shop are usually meant for special occasions so we pride ourself on our five star shipping history.

When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
