Again please note that our current processing time for custom order is 7-14 BUSINESS days BEFORE your order will be shipped. Please do keep this in mind when ordering and listing your requested delivery date.
When ordering multiple items, if shipping seems really high it probably is not calculating correctly. Please message us for a custom quantity listing. When sending a message be sure to include your delivery zip code and the quantity that you would like to order.
For graphics and photos to be used with your order provide those to use using the Etsy messaging feature, We. accept JPEG, PNG or PDF files
Lastly, please also note that when you add items to your cart, you are to provide us with your requested delivery date NOT your event date. Most of our products have a minimum shelf life of 4-6wks (with the exception of our cotton candy cakes which have about a 1 week shelf life) so ordering well in advance of your event is highly recommended

5 out of 5 starsThe items were beautiful, delicious, arrived on time, packaged well, a few extras were added to allow for any broken items, and the Etsy owner replied in a timely manner to all my inquiries. My only critique was the red ink color on the stroopwaffles was darker than I had hoped, but that may not have been avoidable due to printing the logo on the brown waffle. In the end, we were extremely happy with the items!! Highly recommend!!

Are your items Kosher?
No, at this time we do not offer any Kosher items.
Can I place my order now and have it shipped at a later date?
Absolutely! No need to wait until the last minute to order! Simply enter your requested delivery date at check out and we'll ship your order to arrive by the requested delivery date.
All of our products are made to order so they are created just for you! Please be sure to allow adequate processing time.
Can I put an image on the front and then writing or something cool on the back?
No, At this time we only offer customization on 1 side of the marshmallow.
Are your products safe for individuals with nut allergies?
Although we do not deal directly with any tree nuts/peanuts etc... all of our products do come with an allergy warning label for nuts/tree and peanuts, dairy and wheat gluten. To err on the side of caution we suggest that you do not purchase our products for anyone with any life-threatening food anaphylaxis.
Are the images safe to eat?
Yes, the ink used is made from all food-grade ingredients and is FDA approved
How should I store my items until I am ready to use them?
We suggest that you do not refrigerate or freeze any of your items. The ideal place for our products is in a cool dry place away from heat and direct light/sunlight. Due to the nature of the "ink" (food coloring) used for the images, prolonged exposure to the light will cause fading and discoloration. It's best to keep you items stored away until they are ready to be used for your event. In these conditions, the shelf life for our products average about 6-8 weeks.
Do the marshmallows come individually wrapped?
Yes, all of the items we produce are individually wrapped unless the product description states otherwise. We can also honor requests for bulk packaging. Feel free to just send us a message if this is your preference.
I noticed that some of the marshmallows are not always printed vertically, why is that?
The orientation of the marshmallow during printing is determined by the graphic/logo provided. A stacked vertical design will result in the marshmallow being printed in a vertical upright orientation. A graphic that is landscaped and wide, will result in the marshmallow being printed on its side and unable to stand.
This is done to ensure the best most legible and proportionate print is achieved. If you would still prefer to have the marshmallow printed vertically please let us know. It can still be done just please understand that it will result in a much smaller final result.
