Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Unused items (excluding earrings) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. You will be responsible for the return postage costs unless faulty goods were inadvertently supplied. Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive your returned item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Custom orders are not refundable, because they are made specifically for you, to your exact specifications, so please ensure that you are completely happy with all the item details before confirming your order.
Please note that items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items rarely get lost in the post but it can happen. If you have not received your item within the expected time-frame, please let me know. If your item has still not arrived 4 weeks after the expected delivery date, you will be offered the choice of replacement or refund.
Payment
Shipping
UK shipping is by 1st class post (items should arrive in 1-2 days). For urgently required items, UK shipping may be upgraded to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery by selecting this option at checkout (a signature will be required on delivery).
International shipping is by Royal Mail Airmail (items should arrive within 7-9 working days). Please note that you are responsible for any import fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to your country.
Items that are ready-made will usually be shipped within 2 days of receiving payment. Custom orders may take a little longer and you will be advised of the likely shipping date as soon as possible after you place your order. Adverse weather conditions, or UK public holidays, may occasionally result in delayed shipment.
Please ensure that you check your delivery address details carefully before completing your order. If a package is undeliverable because you have provided an incorrect delivery address, or if a package is unclaimed by you, I cannot be held responsible. If your package is returned to me for either of these reasons, you will have to pay for the cost of re-shipping it to the correct address.
Please note that I will only ship your purchases to the address that Etsy supply to me on your behalf so, if you are purchasing a gift for someone and want it sent direct to them, please make sure that you add the recipient's address to your Etsy account as I will not ship to addresses that you send me in an email or Etsy conversation. This is to eliminate the risk of the package being sent to the wrong address because I did not receive your message.

Privacy
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact me directly.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
1. Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
2. Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 6 months.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

4. Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
