I take the time to make each item with close attention to detail and to craft, ensuring that my high quality standards are met. Depending on the item, quantity, and the season it may take up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be individually made and prepared for shipment.

RETURNS
I will gladly accept returns of new and unworn items (within 3 days of package receipt) with the hope that the situation may be rectified if you are dissatisfied with your item. I will try my best to make you happy! Buyer pays return shipping. Sorry, no returns on items described as "sample" in the listing.

I ship frequently, as time allows and will ship globally. Proof of postage is always retained for your security.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Articles may be subject to customs duty, local taxes, import licenses and other country-specific fees/policies/procedures such as VAT. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to be aware of and responsible for the local customs/import rules and regulations of the shipping destination.
If the country of your desired shipping destination is not listed, please do send a convo. Sometimes it's simply because of our negligence, so please just ask! Other times it's because customs/importing restrictions in the destination country prohibit certain materials and/or items found in my shop.

CONVERSATIONS
Convos are typically read and replied to only during regular business hours, PST time. Please excuse the delay if you write on the weekend. If your inquiry is urgent, please say so.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I love custom orders! Please send a convo with your idea and to receive more information regarding the process. Most items listed are easily available in other colors. Required non-refundable 50% up front for custom orders before production will begin. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom orders to be shipped (but it usually takes much less time than that!) I have a massive inventory of fibres and will do all we can to make your vision a reality! There's virtually no limit to what I can crochet.

LISTING INFORMATION
The listing item descriptions are hardly exhaustive list of item details, so if you would like some more information please do not hesitate to send me a convo! Color appearance varies from screen to screen. Additionally, items pictured are not the exact one you will receive. A fresh one will be made upon order receipt. Take advantage of this fact... nearly any item can be made to be a little bigger/smaller, a different color, etc.! Just let me know your preferences.

All items are made in a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Please let me know if you have any environmental allergy concerns.
