Welcome to fibrous!

I make little needle felted animals and fuzzy friends. All of them handmade with love and attention.

All of my items are created in a smoke-free and pet-free home (not unless you count my own little wool animals as pets).

Returns and exchanges
I'd be very surprised if an item arrived to you in a damaged or faulty condition, but in the unlikely event that one does please send me a convo with details of the problem within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt of the item I will issue the refund or if you prefer a replacement.
Payment
I accept PayPal transactions, and credit card payments via PayPal.
Shipping
I ship the animals well padded in a little box inside a padded envelope. I'd be happy to send things in recycled packaging if you prefer, just send me an email, a convo, or include it in your note to seller during checkout.

Insurance for shipping is available.

Buyers are responsible for all taxes and custom fees which MAY apply (to my knowledge none of my buyers have been changed a fee, yet).
